I can't imagine how much snow you have. I guess ours, coming down now, would be nothing to you. And here, everyone is running around like headless chickens trying to get into hibernation mode.

Wow... that post made me hungry! ;-) If I ever am invited to visit you I must have the same menu... and you inspired me to go and bake . I am not a great baker but once in a great while I'm known to bake a passable bread :-) ( Maybe I'll cheat and go get some already made and frozen dough at the grocery
) It too smells yummy :-) Thanks for sharing your smile it was contagious and made my lips curve up Be well and enjoy your children's visit. xoxoxo

Nothing fills a house better than the scent of bread baking....
I miss it so much - gluten intolerance - that I sometimes toast a slice of frozen artisan bread from my stash and munch it in spite of the symptoms. I could do without chocolate cake forever if I had to - although sometimes I do see sliced cake when I close my eyes, but bread? Never. I loved the whole post, but the baking bread is the best... :)

This gal had a good night last night. I find myself with two other teams
that hold my interest behind the Habs....so last night when our Habs won AND the Senators..well it was a great night. I was watching the Senators and Leafs and talking with Grandson in Australia at the same time and he got really into the game. I emailed him the result for he had to hand the phone onto his Dad. They play field hockey back home and he just loves it, will be in the same team as his Dad this year!!

Moose spagetti sauce? Does it have actual chunks of moose in it? Hmmm . . .
And my wife is actually baking bread today too! Nothing like the aroma of freshly-baked bread! And yeah, yeah, yeah . . . the Habs are on a roll! Sour grapes from a Rangers fan? You bet!
