sam, I hope everything worked out with the Preventative Maintenance
people...(I just hope they showed up when they were supposed to)...and that agent sounds like she is indeed in need of a good swift kick...I mean, how long does it take to send an email??.

I would hate to have people come in for 'preventative maintenance', but I guess it's one of the things one has to endure if one rents! That nonsense will be over once you're in your house - and you will be...

Preventative is better than breaking down at least, even on short notice. Your boxes are your biz, for all they know it is spring cleaning or charity donations. I have literally had to give away boxes of things myself to avoid a firetrap here and sell a few as well! Snow boarding sounds cool!! Life goes on even if Mickey Mouse makes it harder if he takes a turn to be mischevious and difficult.

that is the crappy way to tell you there is going to be an inspection dont they have to give you 24 hour notice? Well good luck

I think you're in that 'it never rains but it pours' zone, Sam!! You're right though,; keeping busy helps to keep anxiety at bay. Well, we have games tonight, so maybe that can help too.
