You have some talents to be able to build things. A pickup might be nice in that area if you had a use for it! Maybe you should barter, "I can store things if you can pitch in on the painting" and he brings the young woman along to help!! The flowers sound gorgeous!!

Better check with your Association first that you're even allowed to have a vehicle sitting there. And that request for cleaning MY garage still stands....

In my neighbourhood just about everyone has a two-car garage, and there are people who have the whole thing piled to the rafters with stuff - much of it junk...I guess many people have a strongly developed hoarding instinct...

I know right....my son has been storing his car in my driveway for years...now he is deployed and away for another 2 years...sigh!
