I love spinach (as much as I hated it as a kid)

There's a salad they call Salade d'Amour, with spinach and bean sprouts and all sorts of veggies and nuts...soya sauce dressing...delicious!!

And I didn't even get to see the Express game later...

for some reason it played after I went to bed.

Spinach is special.  I've been wanting something made with spinach and cheese and some kind of dough, maybe filo, maybe pie crust.  We shall see tomorrow.  But first I must vacuum the carpets and clean some spots of spilled coffee dribbled across the living room that son did.

If I had been able to read this earlier I would have known that it was going to be tough to watch the game! sam

LMAO, Kabu.

Note that I don't invite people too often...

LOL - my feelings too Justi - the process is not as much fun.

But music and Smooch's astonished expressions help.  back to you!

It was delicious, Naut!

The tomato cannelloni was made with ground moose. The Cubans brought a huge salad containing lettuces and various fruit and roasted pine nuts, with a maple syrup dressing, and Dawna made an Autumn cheesecake...to die for!

I have one too, CCT, with micro fibre whatever that I don't have to wring

by hand. Of course, with pets, it can't be showroom clean. And before that I would blame it on the children....

Love cooking. And if the place isn't a perfect spic and span,

you sure can feel at home here!

Teehee - but Jimmy - have found a way around that...

I invite only for late suppers...and put on very low lighting....

Tell me about it!!

She can make more mess in 2 minutes than the doggies do all day!!

The doggies and I have an understanding. Their couches are the

"Home Free" area in this house. And note that my dust trails were swept because I had visitors on the way....

When it copmes to cleaning the house, I feel like Grump - I get on the sofa, or out of the house altogether, LOL. But I like cooking, and certainly approve of your dinner menu...

Join the club Adnohr my floor looks a mess after two days but yippee I bought one of those mops that spin dry in the bucket and really it has put the joy back into cleaning. No more squeezing. I can even sweep the floor at the same time. Trouble is there are a lot of inferior designs if ever you are tempted.

Cooking is a nice reward after all of the cleaning. I imagine the place looks very nice...It can be tough to keep things clean with pets.

Geez! Busy, busy, busy! And I suppose if you want the house to look spectacular when the guests arrive, you'll have to do at least some cleaning right up until the very last moment, especially with the critters running around! Have a great time with your friends! The menu sounds terrific . . . !

Cats are a sort of concentrated earthquake.

Things need to be secured to the wall, or cleaned up after the little darlings pass by.

It's time for me to get at that. I can see trails through the dust

between this desk and the kitchen where the coffee pot lives. Love the doggies climbing to safety on the couches. :)
