i still don't like it...is there anyway that someone is trying to get you
to pull out from the sale so they can sell the house at a dearer price...so hang in there and go see legal aide if need be!!!

To you it seems an eternity to the agent it is probably just a flash in the pan. It does seem a lot of money for screws, I wouldn't buy goldplated ones if I were you SAM.

Um, my landlady Mrs. Sun (who I’ll see if she accepts $20 less in back rent this week) left the RoundUp gallon with sprayer on the stone shelf in the sun room stairway landing next to the bedbug gallon with spray attachment. So when I turn the light off or on at night I touch it and have to wash my hands. My realtor in 2003 also invested my money in stock. I made $5000. The IRS thought I made a quarter million by his bookkeeping. An accountant straightened out it. Since he left his wife. He ran off with an Indonesian girl. I didn't know that. his wife remarried. So this time you got the my-car-broke-down excuse. Next time it will probably be the my-granny-passed-away excuse, followed by the my-little-Johnny-has-the-measles excuse - it's a well-known routine, available on the internet! But at least you're keeping busy and making progress...
