well something positive happened this week and it seems that we have
to go with baby steps.
at least it seems that my worst fears were wrong and they are not stringing this out to get rid of you as a buyer so that they can raise the price. This is a great day and what fun it will be to get back into the house and have a good look around.

I'm happy to hear there's at least something positive happening. It strikes me that there's a parallel between this and the delay we're experiencing in the arrival of spring - this morning it was like winter again, but at least the sun was out...

I hope when you finally move that you will find a few treasures in the attic
