Dear me, Sir, I have almost forgotten your name, but come back all is forgiven, life is too short. How are you keeping these days? I expect it has been a bit hairy in sales, the good news from my point of view is that I have given up alcohol. Steroids are pain, but not so painful as ones thoughts.
