Sorry this is still going on Sam. Do you have a 'Real Estate Board' office you can go to?

After reading for months about your dilemma I can understand your depression. Maybe a few good hockey games this weekend will assuage some of that depression! As the playoffs near, it's getting more and more exciting! Think about that instead . . .

Oh dear   I can't offer useful advice (although I would post plenty of bad reviews about your agent when this is done) but I'm sending all my best vibes your way

I would bite the bullet and think maybe this is not going to happen. I hope the seller is not messing around waiting for a higher bid. No good driving yourself silly. The beauty of it will be if it does go through you will have a bonus not just a sigh of relief for all the agony you have suffered. Meanwhile look for alternative homes, it will deaden the desire that you feel for this property. Sam you must think logically. Either this or you go and sit in the Agents Office and refuse to leave until a result good or bad is achieved.

The fun suggestion sounds good if you could manage it.

Here's to hoping that things improve.

No, Sam. Your most difficult time was when you were wondering if Christopher would be coming home. Remember? This is just a bump in the road, and you'll cross it with a bit of frustration but no real freaking out.

Please come back when everything is taken care of and you are very happy and excited.  Or, just keep coming back even if you are depressed.  We love you any way you are.

sam

I'm sorry to hear that there's still no action! Maybe you could try to do some fun thing this weekend, take Jes along and the two of you could to a movie and have dinner somewhere...
