It doesn't seem to fill one with a lot of confidence when someone is the "business" world continually uses words like hope and prayer! Are you sure she knows what she's doing . . . ?

It does drag itself slowly along Sam. If this is typical of how houses are sold in your parts, it does not inspire one to move next door.

I would ask for the sellers agent and bank # myself and ask them myself. I do not know if you would be ablet to get it, but I believe if you did, something could be resolved with this and speeded up if this is a go. I hope you know soon either way, something seems fishy all along, and it might go better if you could get to the source of it yourself as to why your agent keeps stalling, is it her or them behind it, etc.
