I'm on my way - I'll buy a mop when I get there

I have grabbed a mop and bucket Sam. Now what? I don't fancy that wash, I bet not many leave it like you do. Get the deposit and give the door a kick.

I haven't used PineSol in years.  There are so many other products.  If and when I leave this place, I am going to have to find that special cleaning product that gets rid of tar and nicotine as son smokes in his bedroom and I am noticing the grunge there.

It is great to see things moving along. You have waited long enough.

I am cheering with you that this is happening.  Nice to have the extension in case.  And it was good for them to keep the pipes good this winter.

Fabulous - you've taken another important step! And I'd come over and give you a hand cleaning - unfortunately I'm allergic to mops...

There's more paperwork to buying a house - which is why

it takes a broker, a seller's rep, a notary, the bank's loan officer, and in some cases even a lawyer or two to handle the deal. It's a good feeling, though, when they hand you the key to your house. :)

those papers are so confusing and they expect the average person to understand them and if you sign something its even harder to make sure you arent signing your life away
