It's absolutely WOW
Well, I don't know what to say or write about this poem. It just... Wow... Even though I have written of this kind of stuff myself, I'm still... wow... I guess I'm speechless. I just sit here and think: I don't know who it's written for, it's none of my business. But yeah, the person should be honored.
