That reservoir is something else. Those rocks look surreal. I can see why you want to collect some there. I am glad your dog is getting better.

Poor pup!
I'm glad she'll be fine... and the reservoir will be there!

Poor Meeka! But I still say you have to train her, she loves to do what she wants and it's not always a good thing! But, you already know how I feel on this subject! LOL! sam

Beautiful dog. She will mend very quickly I am sure with your attention and I am sure she gets plenty of that.

That poor dog! What a terrible thing to happen. I'm glad there were others to help you out. Now she needs some TLC. I hope she recovers soon. I don't think you'll be able to keep her away from the park for too long . . .

Yes Nautikos... the fence/ground needs repair. It looks like animals maybe other dogs have dug under the fence.. it's slopes down into the creek area. I ran trying to stop her. Huge rocks or burying the fence deep.. a better retaining wall too. I'm calling Recreation and Parks in the morning, but this park was built with donations and volunteers. Definitely this has been a tramatic and painful event for Meeka. I feel for her... and am following all the vets instructions.

I do hope your doggie will be alright! I'd be very upset if something like that happened to Ben! I get the impression that there's something wrong with that fence - a proper chain-link fence wouldn't allow a dog to squeeze through...And about the kayaking: You know, I've been on just about every kind of vessel known, except a submarine and a kayak! One of these days I gotta try a kayak...
