Happy hunting! My LSW and I sometimes go 'pretend hunting', just to see what's out there! We do have a house and would be very reluctant to move anyway, but it's fun to play around sometimes...

This can be very challenging. I was fortunate that my grandparents left property for us. It is isolated in the woods, yet it is ours.

Hunting
Wonderful! So you are pre approved, and now the hardest part begins the hunt for the perfect house! Good luck, now is the time with rates so low and there are alot of houses on the market.

I'm so thankful that my wife inherited the house we live in from her father, lock, stock & barrel! "Property hunting" is something we will probably never have to engage in! Best of luck in your search . . .
