Sadly this happens as we become older, your body does appear to react to stress.
I think you are more sensitive than most, I am sure your brother would have loved his little sister for knowing his preferences . Personally I dislike funerals and never go to the reception unless it is kin. am sure you looked nice and poor is relative I have those who have wealth but will not spend it on essentials.

Stress and tragedy can bring an onslaught of physical ailments when we don't allow our grief to surface. I'm sure your brother didn't care what you wore to the funeral...what matters is how you were close to him throughout his life. I will take friends who are here for me now when I need them then those who don't remember me until the day I die.
Am so sorry for your loss. Perhaps you are the only remaining relative to help them through their time of grief. Share your memories of him with them....god bless all of you

Oh darling I am so sorry. please accept my sympathy that comes right from
my heart to you. Getting sick with colds and rashes are definitely part of your grief and I am sure that you looked just as he would like you to look when you said your goodbye. Besides it was your mourning and nothing to do with any one else.
