The end's ibn sight, and clearly it will have been worth the trouble! And if you can get Jes to give you a hand every now and then, so much the better...

This whole deal seems to have fallen under the curse of Murphy's Law -
"if anything can go wrong, it will." Or the fine print version "When there is a possibility of more than one thing going wrong, then the one that happens will be the one that causes the most enduring difficulty." But your new house sounds like it will be worth the trouble.

And once again, you're stuck waiting for the other shoe to drop. But at least it sounds like the house is in wonderful shape, and all of the little "perks" seem to be quite pleasing. Be glad at least for that . . .

Happy for you Sam . It has been a rough ride, but it is how things seem to work out these days. We used to spit on our hand and shake, but then a man's word was his bond,

For the most part things look to be in pretty great shape...I am glad that you got in renting because of the whole closing fiasco still going on.

maybe the owners removed those items, I know when my condo was up for sale they had the locks changed about three times as the young men would keep coming in it so they had to do that. I will probably new carpet in my mobile home I am selling but where the money is coming from I dont know. Good luck getting this all done
