Its her age sweetie... as it was yours at the time that made you feel "bored" whenever you were not doing exactly what you wanted to do :-) I had three... count them: THREE teenage daughters in my house at the same time and one prepubescent boy... It was not easy! loll... I think kids need or want to feel bored so that they are asserting their independence

Just sitting and listening to other people talk "around" you...
can be very boring for kids and adults...that special person who takes the time to show some interest in you, chat with you, is very special indeed.

trouble is kids reach an age where they don't appreciate Grand parents
and just when they get old enough to be interested again we have died or turned into needing a diaper.
