Report to an agency or call police. This is too much stress.

I'm so sorry Shelly to hear of your seizure.. so scary for you. And these people showing up when your renting it. Is there a lack of communication here or what?
I'll keep thinking good thoughts for you being in your future home soon.

I, personally, would look for another house and a set of people that will deal honestly with you while you are renting that one. I am thankful you got out of putting any money into that until you should have legal ownership of it. However, it works, I pray you get in a legal situation that puts you in a good house. Those people could see how eager you are and be using you to improve the place for them at your expense; or it may be something better. Prayers for the right thing to happen.

Here's the thing; burglars and crooks prey on houses in limbo like yours.
It might be wise to file a police report, take photos of anyone who comes unannounced, etc. The paperwork may sort itself out to your satisfaction eventually, but in the meantime your place might as well have a "Rob Me" sign on it. Put up a "Beware the Dog" sign immediately. Set a food and water dish by the back door (big dog size). Keep a log of these unwelcome visitors. Make a note of time of day, brief description of individuals, vehicle, etc.

the sizure is i am sure because of the pressure that you are under.
Sure, you are allowed to really want a house. It isn't a mansion or a whole lot of silly things that you could be wanting. It is just the safety of your own home. I understand that because before I came here and Wiley shares the house with me, I rented for twenty years....then bought with my son and that was the worst thing I ever did, and I felt the pressure to hurry and get old so "she" could stuff me into a cople of rooms.
I am praying dear Sam.

What horrible experiences you have had for so long now. It is hard to think of one person going through all of this. So sorry. Wish I could make the bad go away.

So did America’s favorite psycho Slim Rogers upstairs. He locked his keys in. He removed the doorknob. He scratched the door. Wait until Mrs. Sun comes home from the Philippines Monday or Tuesday

I'm soooo sorry to hear that things are still not settled, and then the seizure on top, which may well have been induced by the pressure you've been under! The only positive thing is that the flooring company is showing some understanding! All these agents on the other hand - well, I ain't gonna use terms that don't belong in civilized company...
