Re:
We need to avoid it indeed.. That's what I don't like to see with people.. Being sad is like absorbing life from earth..

Re: Keep it up..
Indeed.. I agree with you Mia890
Keep away from frown lines.. Sadness comes when you need it to.. We are not meant to be absorbed by depression.. We should carry on..

Sadness may make us feel more human, and may be a necessary emotion, as you say. But to be honest, I hate sadness, no matter what form it comes in! I hate being sad, and I hate seeing others sad. It can be very draining physically and emotionally. I know sometimes certain situations arise, and arise quickly, that make us sad. It's almost completely unavoidable, but I still try nonetheless . . .

I've always said that without sadness, we could never really and truly appreciate the joy and wonder in life. Without a bit of bad, would anyone even recognize good times, or would everything just blend into monotonous days.
That being said, I do hope that life is filled mostly with happiness; too much sadness gets depressing, and I am trying to avoid frown lines later in life!!
