Adding more fruits and veggies has got to help! And I have also read of the wonderful benefits of walnuts. I do love various nuts, but for some reason, walnuts are just not one of my favorites. Salted cashews? Now we're talkin' . . .

keep going love. You are doing well. We eat fresh fruit every day and last night I made a stir fry of crumbed thin sliced chicken topped with green beans and carrots microwaved. A topping was cooked over it, plum sauce...just a little to add flavour. Delicious and nothing there to add weight.
