Gee, I haven't had tacos, in any form, in a long, long time! It's sounds like you're keeping up with the variety. Many people feel that when you go on certain diets, you're somehow required to give up a lot as far as taste and flavor are concerned. Not true, as your list of food items clearly shows . . .

cutting the fish into small pieces and making a stir fry with vegetables and noodles may be a tasty and healthy way to eat the fish.

Take care. Baking the white fish is good. I like to season with onions, lemons, ground ginger and garlic.
