I have had halwa before, but I have not made it myself. Here we have a large city market that has a great Mideast Mart. It is a fun place to shop. They have so many things there that I never see anywhere else.

Looks good and sounds good, especially can keep without refrigeration. I am not where I can find rose water. I will try a health food store.
