Pretty tough one to write Rumour, but you seem to manipulate the nasties exceedingly
well. I suppose you could have offered the hound a bone, better to keep in with that kind of doggie.

I'm glad the suspense held together all the way through..it would be an interesting challenge to come up with some similar stories - mysteries with hints of the supernatural along the way...

The story's excellent fun - the battle scene well drawn...
