Bob would hit a lake way before we'd get past my property line,

believe me, CCT!! Helen's daughter is a very very sad person. I contacted her to tell her I was stopping for the tires, and her tirade about her mom blew me away!! Actually, maybe I should take Bob and drop him off at her house. Why spoil two houses?

Colors are not what we are used to seeing here, especially at that time of day.

Yes, Rumor, around 2 in the afternoon, just before the storm.

One of my friends in Florida told me her sky looked similar before they got hit by a hurricane. I love Canada!! Howe and Rocket were STARS!!

I find that King has a special knack in his writing, Swordfingers,

brilliant in fact. When you get down to the nitty gritty of each of his stories, it's about the triumph of good over evil, and his heros are firm believers in God. He doesn't scream it out at the reader, but it is there. I've seen it in every one of his books I've read to date.

You deserve a break why not take Bob with you in a suit case with a big stone and drop him in a lake. It will be interesting to see what Helen's daughter's take is now. Perhaps you can smooth things over.

And this was before the storm struck?...Yep, hockey season is fast approaching and I am a Red Wing fan, too dating back to when I was a kid...Howe was flying high in those days as was the Rocket for your Habs...should be a fun season....

thanks for your comment re my king piece...

i love God with all my heart and mind soul and spirit and would never, ever entertain any demon spirit. i can't speak for king on if he has demons or if he is just a brilliant mind... even though a good friend thinks his work is stupid... i won't read his fiction cause the first and last time i did it scared me to death and that is not something i strive for... i like to feel good and i like to love... yesterday was my first day here and i came on as walkinlove as that is what they always say at the close of the church i attend but i changed it to my current name in the middle of the night trying to come up with something like swordpen or something... something got lost in the translation... i was doing this piece tongue in cheek and i do pray in tongues... though i know there is a demonic form.
