sorry about my rude comment... i'm from iowa and people actually EAT pickled pigs feet... i've seen my own mother do it! YIKES, not for me... hope you had a wonderful soiree! incidentally, i read your profile and my heart goes out to you... i had a roommate who had fibromyaligia and my now deceased mother had parkinson's.

Pigs Feet Cake
1 yellow cake mix
1 cand of crushed pineapple
1 large coolwhip
bake cake as directed and pour the pineapple juice over the cake after placing toothpick holes in it. Mix pineapple and cool whip and ice. Refigerate
