adnohr...
Looks like we will become happy dog owners around Christmas - one of Liz's clients is giving us a Pug...we're reading up on them now in preparation...we did see her after she was born for a few minutes...I imagine Grump could easily step on her, even when she's fully grown..

I hope that man has to put his dogs down. He is doing worse to them allowing them to run wild and mean. I am sorry that happened. How are your doggies?

Those poor doggies! Yes, you are very fortunate that your boss will most likely be sympathetic to your situation, and allow you whatever extra time you may need. I know the extra expense is something you can probably do without, but you know you can't let them wander around in pain either! I hope it all works out . . .

Yes take it easy Adnohr . I expect the doggies were looking for a bit of sympathy. I do hope you like your new job, I know it is an upheaval but better now than in a few years time.

I really feel very sorry for Grump and Smooch! I have this notion that we humans have at least some inner defences against our suffering - but animals don't have those, and it's always very sad to see them in pain!
And yes - definitely present the bills to that horrible neighbour of yours, and make it plain you'll take him to court if he refuses to pay! If he can't pay all at once, have him sign an agreement to pay a certain amount each month! Maybe by causing him some pain in his wallet you'll make him come to his senses...

Poor Grump. I hope he's pain free and all healed up, soon. Smooch too.
Don't worry about reading/commenting. Just post a little update now and then so we know you're okay. Have a great day!
