I use a lot of curry in my chicken dishes. I also love using turmeric. It is great for inflammation.

It all sounds good . . . with the exception of the curry! I don't seem to react too well to certain spices . . .

I read this with interest. A lot we always have altho. we have been slack on the Yughurt lately. and we have our berries but i am going to start giving us a mixed berrie treat most days...turn it into a delicious desert with yoghutd perhaps....and a cookie for fun. Thank you you have given me some good ideas.
