My wife and I had a wonderful Valentine's Day. I started with a bouquet of her favorite flower ( a dozen pink carnations ), along with a nice box of one of her favorite candies ( Ferrero Rocher ). We went out and had a lovely dinner at that charming Italian restaurant around the corner ( the Bella Vista ). And then home for desert and a romantic movie ( "The Illusionist" with Edward Norton and Jessica Biel ). As far as I'm concerned, there really are no 'particulars' when it comes to celebrating Valentine's Day. Whatever makes both people happy! Being together is the most important aspect . . .
