For a second there, I was going to say "Thanks a lot," until I read the rest of your post. 
Unfortunately, as far as I'm concerned, the Tonight Show stopped being the Tonight Show once Johnny Carson retired. Since then, it's just been another late night talk show, with the actual host being somewhat insignificant. I hope Fallon does well of course, but I stopped watching such shows a long time ago, primarily because I have no idea who three-quarters of their guests are anymore. . .

I missed seeing him last night, but I saw a part of it tonight. I think I'm going to like him.
