The passive act of not funding an employee a personal service does not constitute denying them a right, nor is it "shoving religion" on them.

This country was founded on the right to practice the religion of choice. that being said...neither the gov't or employer has the right to shove their religion of choice down the citizens and/or employees throats...so i disagree with you and jimmya...

I'll have to agree. What a person does with their 'private life' should not be affected by what they do with their 'professional life.' If these female employees choose to use any form of birth control, they should pay for it themselves . . .
