No one deserves cancer or bad health or bad luck. You're probably no better or worse than any of the rest of us. You're a regular person living your life. One thing I like about Christianity is they teach that God loves you no matter what. As children, we're sometimes taught that God WILL NOT love us if we're bad. This is a parent's lame attempt to control their children. And it's a damaging teaching. You grow up thinking that everytime you do anything you know to be wrong--watch out! God's coming with a big hammer. When actually, He is just the opposite--tolerant, forgiving, much nicer than we deserve.

I've had gallbladder surgery, a C-section and a tubal ligation.
With all the stitch scars in my midsection, my abs look like a patchwork quilt.

Cosmetic Surgery
when I was 6, to repair an "umbilical hernia". (I had an outie that was so bad other little girls thought I was in the wrong bathroom...)

Poetic,
no you do not DESERVE anything nasty.

Yes, to the surgery. Tonsils out, plate in right leg, cancer removed from ear, circumcision, gangrenous ulcer operated on, think that about does it. Love ya, be happy
