What a neat garden I really have not seen such a nice example of raised beds. I wish you had told me why you use straw, it is still a bit of a job to get any bales that are nice and clean round here. Actually being enclosed I am a bit nervous of fire. I will show you my net tunnels when I can remember to take a shot of them. You should be on the Home and Gardening blog.

Looks like a pretty good layout to start. And don't beat yourself up about the cold and time element. That was a long, tough winter for everyone and everything! Give it time . . .

What a beautiful garden!
Can you tent it over, or parts of it, with clear plastic, or straw, or both, to keep the cold at bay?
