Well, the only woman in my lfe that I would even consider doing something like this for is my wife of course, but believe it or not, she's not really a 'jewelry person.' She has a handful of her favorite necklaces and bracelets, doesn't have pierced ears so earrings are out, and her engagement ring and wedding band. And she's more than satisfied with them all. But if I had to choose something, it might be an interesting 'charm' that can be interchanged with others on a necklace . . .
