not the first time i have seen people here do it, on a full moon it is not bad, but it was less than half a moon and dark......surprised me.

and alot of flooding and damage in places that did not have flood insurance because they never flooded before.

sadly alot of people did suffer loses and one lady died, the rain swept her car from the road into a ditch and she could not get out of the car and drown.

Yeah, 26 inches sounds about right. That'll clean up any atmosphere! Starry nights are wonderful, but mowing your lawn at night can be dangerous . . .

26 inches of rain!!!!Wow... yes that will clean most things I would say. Imagine a light on the mower. Now I wonder if his light was a lantern held by a Gnome.
