We'll use Mrs. Sun for comments and the Polynesian one for the stories.

Is this Mrs Sun in morning Glory. The tenant should be treated with respect and the tenant should try to pacify the landlady. I would not want too much insecticide sprayed around seems that is a bit of a phobia.

I have a feeling that the 'middle ground' lies somewhere between the landlord's office and the tenant's apartment . . .

Somewhere between paying the rent on time and ensuring that the roof's not leaking...

I am not a landlord or a renter and I don't know because I think I would not be good at either.

Free of bugs is a wonderful thing. I am thankful for that every day. I have a fit when I accidentally let in a fly when I'm feeding the birds or watering the plants. I try hard to follow all the rules in this place, and there are a lot of them.

I am not sure what the middle ground is for landlord's and tenants. I do know that it can be very tough to find.
