Seems they are mostly dragged up these days, no kind of real guidance , There were always gangs but once they stuck to fighting gangs and did not trouble innocent bystanders.

i agree with kabu, you cant start controlling them when they are teens. you can only remind them when they are teens and maybe try a little guilt.

If the good parenting skills were not used during childhood then by the time kids are teens, forget it.

It can be a challenge to monitor teens' activities, but it is important that parents find a good middle ground with their teens.
