I totally agree with you. Gays don't bug me. What does bug me is that it's sometimes so in your face that people like my sister become irate. There's good and bad in any group. Thank you for kind comments

Yeah JimmyA. Some issues go to far in that they are in your face all the time. I guess that is why this stuck. I don't think gays are undeserving. But include other groups like veterans or kids.

I am like you in what consenting adults are up to in their private lives is not my concern. Burgher King I guess you hit the nail on the head...it brings in lots of money and because most Gays have no kids and good jobs they have the money.
i find their parades not really to my liking but hey....I don't have to watch or have anything to do with them which is my right. Nursing, I worked with a lot of Gays ...like the rest of us some are wonderful some are shits. LOL...Good post dear one.

I never eat at Burger King, but if I did, I would probably stop now. Not because I'm anti-gay, but because, like your sister, I too have grown increasingly tired of certain issues and causes being shoved down my throat. Yes, if they're going to make 'special burgers' for these groups, they should either include them all, or stop altogether. They're supposed to be in the market to promote fast-food, not topical issues! Just when I thought our society couldn't get any more ridiculous . . .
