Your posts are just a kick back entertainment treat. I mean this was terrific from Frank Sinatra, Johnny Mathis right on to Nora Jones at her best. I think there are so many jobs that do not require college. Trade schools are great, less expensive and moves them on to work more quickly. College is far over-rated. You would be surprised at how many college graduates work at Wal-Mart. Loved this post. I love your work.

Probably not. It seems that every time I pass a construction crew, there's usually one guy actually working, one guy holding some kind of flag, and 6 or 7 other guys just standing around. I don't think you need a college education to do that . . .

what is wrong with good trade schools where people can learn a good trade properly. and why is a college education so important for everyone.

I would say that no, construction crews do not need to be college educated. Contractors in general do their learning in trade schools and on the job.

No I don't thing one needs to know why a screw is safer than a nail before one can use a screwdriver.The designers that is a different ball game.
