- Go to We Lost Adriane Today. Today Sucks.
Thanks to you, too, MsAries...
Though us "Aries" women are quite, uh, what's the word? Bluntly specific, I guess? Anyway, Adriane is gone now, but I just got a new dog (a Bulldog only 10 months old) that the STUPID owners allowed to vomit constantly since Thursday ( 1/22) They JUST brought it in today (Tuesday) and I'm waiting for bloodwork results, but the dog is so damn sick I may have to do exploratory surgery tomorrow afternoon. Why do people wait so damn long???!! Aaarrrrggghhh!!!

I could never be in veterinary work.
The emotions would get to me. Thank God, people like you are there to care.

Oh geez H.
I cried with you on this one. I know your love helped her pass to the other side. Merry Part Adriane.

Kid, Missy, & Kay,
Thanks guys. It's never easy, never gets easier; even after all these years. Sometimes, I don't know who I mourn for more; my clients or my patients. I guess maybe both. Thanks again

Please accept my condolences
You were a human being even before you worked in veterinary medicine, and humans have emotions. Of course you'd grow to love your furry clients, and of course you would mourn their loss. Garfield sends comfort purrs as well.

I can't find the right words. Nothing uplifting or wise is coming to me. You did your best and I am sure that Adrianne knew that. I am also sure that she felt all the love around her. Better that then feeling your doctor doesn't care.
