I have not seen any Halloween decorations that stick out to me. Halloween decorations are fairly dull in my area.

There are no trick or treaters who come to my house. I live down town and they all go to the churches and other places open for them to visit in safety and get bunches. I did so love this post. Diana Ross, Truman Capote, Neil Young and Hank Williams to mention a few. I don't think I have heard Baby Love in 30 years. Thanks you very creative soul.

Answer to the second question: I don't know what is first but one of my favorites is the lighting of The Country Club Plaza at 8:00 p.m. on Thanksgiving.
