I pressed the wrong button, LOL! I was saying keep eating your vitamins if you work such long hours! And about responding to comments - it's great if people have the time! I do it sometimes, as you know, but can no longer do it on a regular basis, as I did once upon a time, before you were born a citizen of Blogitville...

Re: jimmy
it is wonderful that i enjoy good health, but frankly at this stage of my life i didnt think i would be working these many hours, lol. but i ask myself what else would i be doing, unfortunately i can come up with a lot of things i would rather be doing than working. lol, yes if there is a hot potato in this house it is certainly on my plate and it doesnt stay there long enough to play games.

It sounds like you will need a whole week off after a schedule like that! Hopefully you'll just enjoy it that much more, being so well-deserved! And ya know, although I am of course familiar with the game of 'hot potato,' I don't recall ever actually playing it! Now, if you're at the dinner table, and someone passes you a hot potato, it had better be on a plate . . . !

Re: cct
my son is a stickler on keeping the cars up to par. so he has them serviced regular and all in good working condition, probably why he can have 400,000 miles on them and they still work. pass the parcel works for me.

Musical cars!
Charlie and I make use of the one pickup truck I brought from Washington State. It is old... nearly 20 years now. I wonder what that is in dog years...

Good idea passing cars around, I don't know if you have to have yearly tests like we do.
If the cars is emitting to much nasty gas it has to be rectified or dumped. Also brakes etc ., all must be working. A light or anything to do with the car that is essential.
I was a bit annoyed the last time my car was taken, yes the garage will pick it up. I said to the proprietor, put a battery in my remote it costs about a fiver , The nutter put me a new battery on the car, my original one had a lifetime guarantee to boot. I rang and told the garage but no response was forthcoming. We usually called it pass the parcel just an observation.
