Hope you have a good trip, I don't know if it is the same with you but 40 or so years ago anything deemed to be antigue sold . It was a craze, but now only the top quality ware is sought after. I have a few copper kettles made by blacksmiths I paid £5 over 40 years ago. I gave one to someone and they sold it at a boot sale for £30. I used to think that by now they would fetch £200.

Yeah, I think the bucket list for many of us is growing, and you're right . . . it usually comes down to a combination of both time & money. But just doing the 'scenic tour' sounds nice! And I think playing ball with Lucy is not only good exercise, but probably a lot more fun than climbing onto a stairmaster each day . . .
