It depends on the individual and the type of work - I wouldn't want someone with epilepsy fly a 373, or even a Cessna...

I suppose it depends on the person Bill. Some do not work if they have a crooked thumb.

Yes, they can, although there are people out there with intense and frequent bouts who cannot.
