I think adnohr has the right idea. Who knows the poor sharks may be starving in that area. It is a shame there is no better food but that would do until they found more fish.

This is a joke, right? Please tell me this is a joke. Please! There's not enough room in here or time for me to respond properly, so all I'll say is, I'm so glad we bailed out the French during WW II. And I thought our international policies were strange . . .
