I do agree with your correspondent....a cut throat is so much blood...such a clean up job could bring on a strike by the cleaners and what a nuisance that would be for shoppers...no a quick clean shooting was a much better idea.

Well, Pat, Toronto is a big urban place, roughly the size of Chicago, LOL. And these weren't the RCMP (the 'Mounties'), our excellent Federal Police, but the local Toronto cops...They're genrally not bad, but this one...

It's a surprise this happened in Toronto instead of some big
urban place in the U.S. I always thought the MCRP were more rational.
