You got me hung up on that "breaking the day into segments". I haven't been doing that much since I retired. I think it is a good project for me to work on. I've just been letting one hour flow into another and not accomplishing much.

Such sadly gentle sentiments...well he should have stopped dreaming and put his feelings on the table....she would probably have wiped them off with a dish cloth but then I never met the poets dream....
