Hi GG (I hope you don't mind, but I hate needless typing - any typing,
actually...especially right now, with merely one finger, after a bit of a recent unpleasantness...) Anyway, welcome back - the ranks are thinning, I think, so it's good to have newcomers, even if they're just returnees!
As to your Leinenkeugal bock - anyone who likes beer with crazy names is automatically a friend of mine, although they often decline to be friends when they read my nasty stuff, LOL!
We don't get that L brew up here in Ontario, but I just bought some Steamwhistle, which ain't bad either! Of course Scotch is my favorite, as the others will tell you!

you are right, sometimes i have no idea what to write so I just start writing. It may be deleted...or not. keep that bottom on the seat and keep clicking away.

At least you're clicking away! And I'm surprised by your lack of sleep. For me, the conditions have to be just that . . . dark and quiet! If you're getting that, and still can't sleep, something needs to be done! And forget counting sheep. That never works . . .

The problems of picture-posting are why I use links to my flickr acct.
As to insomnia... when it occurs, I use a single diphenhydramine caplet to help quiet the head-noise, then read until the book drops.
