1. The qualifying offer. The players union hates it because it is causing players to get jobs later.
2. Pace of play. The game needs to go quicker or else fans will start tuning out.
3. The stadium situations in Oakland and Tampa Bay. They can't get the corporate dollars that would enable them to reach their financial potential.
4. The MASN dispute. The Orioles have really put a lot of egg on the face of MLB.
