people and dogs come into our lives as we need them and good luck, i hope you are on the mend as well as beanie......i lived with a man like your husband, i told him one day i thought i was having a heart attack and he told me i would be ok to go lay down and rest awhile. so next time call your own ambulance.

I've actually heard tales like this before, and many hospitals around the country are now employing certain dog breeds that can actually sniff out various types of cancers, as well as other ailments. Yes, although "Beanie" may be a bit aggressive at times, he obviously had your best interests at heart! Good doggie, and good luck on your continued progress . . .

Beanie sounds definitely worth the saving!
My daughter the dog-trainer has educated me to some extent about the different reasons for aggression in dogs, and believes most of them canlearn to be less fearful, less aggressive.
It sounds like you and Beanie have a real affinity, too.
