Interestingly, my mom and sister live in Texas ( Plano, just north of Dallas ) and I call my mom at least once a week. The other day, she tells me that the weather has been cooler, down to about 50 degrees! Fifty? That's cool? I don't think we here in Jersey will see 50 degree weather until sometime in May! Yeah, it's all relative, and it's all cold! Take care of those allergies . . .

you sound like my life was in Sydeny Australia...one big snozzle life. And antihystamines give me the same reaction as you had at the airport.
A doctor prescribed me a product called Nasonax ..for 3 months I i put the drops up my nose once a day and gradually i got better. Then I could just use the medication when I felt trouble coming on and would be alright. It gave me back my life and I will use it here again in the Spring and if we get lots of stormy weather.
Actually, I love our winters...but will be happy to get out into the garden in April some time.

Oh boy, that really sounds pretty awful - I'm so sorry! We had -24C (-11F) this morning, and the doggie wore a blanket and two coats for his walkies under a clear blue sky, but I'd rather take that than your misery! Do look after yourself!

Sounds like you have had the flu. perhaps with luck you have now built up an immunity to that certain bug. Worse place to go is the surgery unless one is desperate .

Whatever bug landed on top of the allergies, you have it beat now...
so the next round shouldn't be so yuck... and Spring is coming...!
