I appreciate your positive thoughts. I have found that I am feeling a bit too urgent about it. But they are unaware of the problem going on here. I do know he wants to sell. I dont know if it will be in my price range, although he had offered it to my "friend" for 45000. That I can manage especially if he is going to self finance. I do believe in the power of mass positivity. Thanks for your good thoughts.
